Our mission is the manufacturing, trading, and technical support of solar water heating systems with quality and safety, satisfying our customers' requirements.
Our vision is for THERMICSOL to become a benchmark for the quality of services provided by all stakeholders, and for our sensitivity to Environmental, Health, and Occupational Safety issues to be recognized.
Customer satisfaction and the assurance of customer trust, through the fulfillment of defined quality specifications and consistency in deliveries, are fundamental principles of the company THERMICSOL M.E.P.E. The general objective is to offer services and products to the company's customers of exceptional quality and high benefit, as well as the promotion of health and safety in the workplace and environmental protection.
More specifically, the company seeks:
- the complete satisfaction of the customer, in order to ensure the long-term cooperation with the company.
- consistency in fulfilling the company's commitments and maintaining relationships of mutual respect, both with its customers and its suppliers
- and the continuous upgrading of the company, to meet customer needs and expectations, through the design and development of new products/services, as well as staff training
- the management of issues related to quality, occupational health and safety, and the environment as a unified and integral part of its operational and strategic policy.
- Transparent and timely reporting and thorough investigation of all quality and safety incidents to accurately identify and consistently implement appropriate corrective and preventive actions to avoid recurrence of incidents.

Within this framework, THERMICSOL M.E.P.E. is committed to:
- To comply with regulatory requirements and applicable Greek and EU legislation
- To provide safe and healthy working conditions and prevent occupational injuries and illnesses

- To constantly monitor not only the current needs of its customers but also the needs they are likely to have in the future.

- To contribute to the satisfaction of its personnel, so that their performance is optimized and the continuous improvement of the Health & Safety, Environment system is ensured and the elimination of risks and the reduction of hazards.

Furthermore, the philosophy and values of THERMICSOL M.E.P.E. include avoiding environmental burden, the prudent use of natural resources, and the adoption of safe technologies, practices, and procedures for the prevention of emergencies and accidents that could pose a threat to the environment and the health and safety of employees and stakeholders. To achieve the above goals, all necessary references have been made in the documentation of the Quality, Occupational Health and Safety, and Environmental Management Systems, through systematic planning, process control, and continuous improvement of activities.
Management is committed to the research, development, and provision of the infrastructure, as well as the equipment deemed necessary for the implementation of its works. Each employee is responsible for the quality of their own work and is required to contribute to the integrated management system and the achievement of defined objectives. For this reason, all employees, according to their responsibilities, are informed about the integrated management system and demonstrably act in accordance with the defined rules, for the benefit and satisfaction of the requirements and expectations of all stakeholders. Processes, workflows, and actions that do not guarantee the fulfillment of the set objectives are immediately stopped by those responsible, root cause analyses are conducted, and the necessary corrective actions are defined.
