INOX ALPHA 160LT solar heaters are manufactured according to the European specification EN 12976-2. The INOX sets are:
- Made of HI-MO stainless steel 1.5mm or 2.0mm SS316L (300-500L)
- Exterior cladding with 0.5mm prepainted galvanized sheet metal EN10204/2.2
- Autogenous TIG welding with robotic technology
- Insulation of ecological polyurethane 42kg/m3 50mm thick
- Magnesium anode according to DIN 124382.2 26X450 or 22×400
- Resistance flange diameter 140mm for easy access and cleaning
- Stainless steel (SS316L) peripheral parts
- Snap-on side lids (absence of rivets)
- Manufacturing capacity from 120L up to 500L
- Dual or triple energy - Connection to boiler or CHP
- Collector frame made of anodized aluminium 85mm
- Absorbent aluminium surface (full plate) with blue selective coating of Ø8 copper tubes laser welded to the absorbent surface
- Unbreakable (tempered) collector crystal 3.2mm prismatic
- Special design for high performance even in areas with hard water and strong salt deposition
